Information we collect
- Inquiries. When you submit our inquiry form, we receive your name, email, phone number, project location and details, investment range, timeline and preferred call time.
- Newsletter. When you join The Private List, we receive your email address.
- Private collection. Access codes are checked in your browser and remembered only for your current visit.
- Analytics. If enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It uses cookies and collects information such as pages visited and device type.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule consultations, provide our design services, send the newsletter you asked for, and improve our website. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our web host, email and analytics providers, and only as needed to provide those services, or when required by law.
Your choices and California rights
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. California residents may request access to, correction of or deletion of their personal information, and may opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell it). To make a request, email sales@danielaz.co.

We keep inquiry and client information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable measures to protect it.
